Kaplan–Meier survival curve showed that TNBC patients with positive lymph node metastasis had significantly reduced DFS ( a1 ) and OS ( a2 ); TNBC patients in stage III and IV also demonstrated significantly reduced DFS ( b1 ) and OS ( b2 ); PELP1 was not associated with DFS or OS in TNBC patients when observed independently, although patients in the high PELP1 group demonstrated a trend of reduced DFS ( c1 ) and OS ( c2 ), compared with those in the low PELP1 group.
